Summary: Bio Capital is seeking a proactive and organised SHEQ Advisor to join our UK wide team, based in Granville, Northern Ireland. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards within the utilities sector. The SHEQ Advisor will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of our operations. Responsibilities: Provide SHEQ advice, guidance, and inspection services across Bio Capital sites. Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Conduct incident investigations and support corrective actions. Maintain ISO accreditations (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001). Assist in SHEQ training and documentation. Liaise with contractors and internal teams to promote safe practices. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SHEQ management. Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication. Organised, methodical, and able to multitask under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to build relationships across all levels of the business. Self-managing with good prioritisation skills. Team-oriented and detail-focused. Qualifications: NEBOSH National General Certificate (essential). Internal/Lead Auditor qualification (desirable). Experience in health & safety, internal audits, and industrial sectors (e.g., waste management, utilities). Degree or diploma-level education (desirable).
