The Social Media and Content Manager is a key role within Susanne Kaufmann’s marketing team, responsible for driving growth, engagement and brand visibility across social media platforms. The role combines a strong creator mindset with brand storytelling and performance awareness to grow the brand’s digital ecosystem, build emotional connection with audiences and support ecommerce performance.

Working closely with the wider marketing team, the role sits at the intersection of brand expression, creator culture, social commerce and community building.

Key Responsibilities

Social growth and channel leadership

* Position social media as both a brand awareness engine and a performance growth channel
* Build and execute agile content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging platforms
* Adapt content approaches to the specific logic, audiences and formats of each platform
* Identify scalable content formulas, creative hooks and storytelling angles that drive engagement, traffic and conversion
* Turn performance insights into rapid test and learn cycles and continuous optimisation
* Stay ahead of platform shifts, social trends and competitor moves
* Work closely with the eCommerce team to connect content with launches, trading moments and revenue priorities

Content creation and creator mindset

* Produce authentic, platform native short form video and visual content alongside premium brand storytelling
* Act as an internal creator able to ideate, shoot, edit and publish content with autonomy and speed
* Write engaging captions and short form copy aligned with the brand voice
* Use AI and content creation tools to accelerate ideation, production and performance learning
* Test new formats, tools and production approaches to increase output while maintaining strong brand consistency
* Attend brand shoots and key brand moments and capture and produce content across behind the scenes, retail activations, events and founder led moments

Community and ecosystem activation

* Grow meaningful engagement across social communities through conversation, interaction formats and reactive content
* Identify and nurture loyal followers and emerging brand advocates
* Support the launch and activation of the brand’s owned community on TYB
* Design engagement mechanics such as challenges, drops and rewards to drive participation, retention and loyalty
* Activate the community as a source of authentic UGC that strengthens visibility
* and supports ecommerce performance

Performance and optimisation

* Track content impact across awareness, engagement, traffic and conversion
* Use scheduling tools, platform analytics and social listening to inform decisions
* Refine strategy through structured experimentation and fast iteration
* Identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue acceleration through creator led initiatives

Creator partnerships and affiliate growth

* Identify and recruit creators aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and growth ambition
* Build and grow a creator affiliate ecosystem from the ground up
* Define activation approaches, content collaboration formats and performance tracking methods
* Manage relationships and continuously optimise creator contribution to reach, advocacy and eCommerce revenue
* Contribute to the development of authentic creator-led content and social commerce initiatives

What we are looking for

* Experience managing social media channels for a premium, beauty or culturally relevant brand.
* Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels or TikTok.
* Experience managing multiple social media platforms and understanding their content dynamics.
* Exposure to influencer, creator or affiliate collaborations.
* Strong creator mindset with the ability to produce authentic, engaging social content.
* Data-driven approach to content optimisation and performance monitoring.
* Strong visual sensibility and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
* Confident short-form storytelling and copywriting skills.
* Creative and experimentation-driven approach to content development.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Comfortable using content creation and productivity tools including Adobe, Canva or similar platforms.
* Experience using emerging creative tools and AI-assisted content creation tools is advantageous.
