We are currently recruiting to expand our brilliant staff team and strengthening it further in all areas of the school and college. We are looking for an enthusiastic Midday Supervisor who will be based at either our School site in Colehill or College site in the heart of Wimborne, with a “can do” attitude. This is a fantastic time to join our wonderful Beaucroft team.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety, general welfare and conduct of pupils during lunch.
* Perform cleaning and other duties in and around the class and hall between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday during Term Time.
* Join one of our departments to build relationships with pupils and staff.
* Support teachers and TAs outside of lunchtime hours as needed, with no expectation for additional hours.
* Potential to transition to a Teaching Assistant role for successful candidates.
Qualifications
* Experience working with children/young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, or a strong desire to up‑skill in this area.
* Strong “can do” attitude and ability to work in a team.
