Overview
We are seeking two experienced Maintenance Mechanics to join our small, skilled team in a state-of-the-art production facility. This role is hands-on and focuses on maintaining, repairing, and fabricating machinery to keep production running efficiently. Candidates should have experience working with metal, wood, plastics, welding, and general machine maintenance.
Location: Londonderry, NH (occasional travel to MA & other U.S. sites)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm (some flexibility as needed)
Salary range: $66,560-$72,800
Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance and repair on production machinery and equipment
* Fabricate parts from metal, wood, and plastics; perform light welding as needed
* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues (no license required)
* Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability
* Support projects, including fabrication and modifications, using CAD software and 3D printing equipment
* Maintain inventory of parts and place orders as needed
* Collaborate closely with a small team to solve problems and improve processes
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in maintenance, fabrication, and machine repair
* Strong skills in metal, wood, plastics, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting
* Familiarity with CAD software and 3D printing is a plus
* Able to lift 30-40 lbs and stand for long periods
* Must pass a background check
* Willingness to travel occasionally to other company locations
