Role Overview This role is perfect for someone who thrives on client interaction, enjoys managing viewings, and is confident in negotiating tenancies. You’ll play a key role in expanding the managed lettings portfolio, acting as the first point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords. Close collaboration with the front-office and tenancy management teams will ensure smooth lettings and exceptional customer service. Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities Conduct property viewings and guide prospective tenants through the letting process Manage tenant enquiries, applications, and viewings from start to finish Negotiate tenancy terms and support landlords in securing the right tenants Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer to move-in Prepare and maintain high-quality property listings and marketing materials Represent the business at local events, landlord workshops, and networking opportunities Contribute to team goals, performance metrics, and strategy discussions Lettings Negotiator Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in residential lettings or property sales, with a strong understanding of the lettings process Confident in managing viewings and negotiating tenancy terms Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication Highly organised, self-sufficient, and results-driven Comfortable working under pressure and handling a varied workload Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Lettings Negotiator Salary & Benefits Basic salary of £25,000 OTE £28,000 through performance-based bonuses Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm Funded training and development opportunities 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Mileage allowance for business travel
