This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or part-qualified Accountant—particularly someone from a practice background—who is ready to take their first or second step into industry.

Key Responsibilities

Daily bank reconciliations and transaction posting

Credit card statement reconciliation
*
Purchase and sales ledger management
*
Payroll spreadsheet preparation
*
VAT returns and import VAT record maintenance
*
Monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations
*
Fixed asset register maintenance
*
Year-end support and stock count postings
*
SAP Business One transition support
*
General office duties and admin cover as needed
Candidate Profile
*
AAT qualified or at final study level
*
Ideally from a practice background
*
Minimum two years’ accounting experience
*
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
*
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
