Your responsibilities will include:
* Lead the management of a complex, high-value caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on securing early interim payments to support rehabilitation and care needs.
* Provide expert input and oversight on claims across a broad range of medical disciplines (e.g., obstetrics, neurosurgery, oncology, psychiatric care) ensuring clinical and legal precision.
* Deliver accurate, compassionate legal advice and keep clients informed throughout their journey.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless, high-quality service.
You’ll be expected to:
* Have experience in Clinical Negligence with a strong track record in claimant work.
* Manage complex, litigated cases independently.
* Be passionate about securing justice and improving clients’ quality of life.
* Deliver empathetic, clear, and confident legal advice.
* Be commercially minded with experience in business development and client relationship management.
* Work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
We offer a forward-thinking, supportive culture that values compassion, excellence, and impact. If you’re ready to advance your career in a thriving practice, we’d love to hear from you.
Benefits include:
* 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy up to 35 hours of extra holiday.
* Generous and flexible pension schemes.
