A leading main contractor is looking for a Technical & Design Coordinator to take ownership of a flagship high‑rise residential project in Westminster. This is a standout opportunity for someone with 2-3 years’ experience who is ready to step up and drive a scheme forward independently.
The role
* Take full ownership of the project from Stage 4 through Stage 5
* Manage and coordinate all design and technical packages
* Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Drive the pre‑construction process, ensuring design is buildable and aligned with programme
* Act as the main point of contact for design coordination on the project
* Report into and be supported by an experienced Technical Manager
What They’re Looking For
* Ideally 2-3 years experience with a developer or main contractor
* Exposure to high‑rise residential projects
* Strong understanding and proven experience of pre‑construction and delivery stages
* Confident managing packages and making decisions independently
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership
