Futures Recruitment is seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of multiple high-value, technically complex projects. This is a pivotal role that spans the entire project lifecycle-from customer order and design development through to manufacturing, delivery, on-site installation, and final commissioning. You will operate as the central point of accountability for each assigned project, ensuring all work is completed on time, within scope and budget, and in line with contractual, safety, and quality expectations. Working in close partnership with internal departments and external stakeholders, you'll bring clarity, structure, and leadership to every phase of project execution. Key Responsibilities Take full lifecycle ownership of multiple concurrent projects from order intake through to client handover. Develop and maintain detailed project plans (Gantt charts, schedules, milestones) using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent. Define project scopes, deliverables, success criteria, and timelines in alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and the customer, ensuring clear communication and expectations management at all stages. Translate client specifications and evolving requirements into actionable deliverables for technical and design teams. Chair regular project status meetings, both internally and with clients, to track progress, surface risks, and communicate updates. Monitor and manage project budgets; track actual vs. forecasted costs and report on project financials regularly. Prepare and submit interim valuations, applications for payment, variation orders, and final invoices. Manage change control processes, including identification, pricing, negotiation, and documentation of variations. Oversee internal installation teams and third-party subcontractors during site execution phases. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to schedules. Manage logistics and delivery schedules to optimize time and resource use on-site. Health, Safety & Compliance Prepare and maintain project-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) in line with HSE regulations. Ensure all project activities meet the required health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
