We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join the team.
As Spa Receptionist, your duties will include welcoming guests and members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products, show rounds, cashing up and general day-to-day spa reception duties.
You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of spa reservations systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.

Introducing our newest dining concept, The Gate, Kitchen, Bar, Terrace. Light, seasonal and contemporary dining with a passion and commitment to flavour, combined with a vibrant bar serving up seriously good cocktails. The Gate creates what can only be described as a real neighbourhood vibe. It offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The glasshouse drenches the room with an abundance of natural daylight, opening up perfectly onto the garden terrace, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining.
