This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape and accelerate a critical Product Consultancy function within Civica's Education offering. You’ll lead a team delivering across multiple products, each supported by a dedicated consultant, within a fast-moving, high-growth area of the business.

Your leadership will be central to building momentum, aligning the team to Civica’s values, and driving consistent, high-quality delivery.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring Civica delivers excellent implementations, on time and within budget, while protecting and maximising revenue through strong governance, utilisation management, and milestone control. You’ll work closely with Sales, Business Development, Project Managers, Account Managers, and PMO to align delivery capacity with commercial priorities.
Stakeholder engagement is a core part of the role. You’ll build strong relationships with C-suite executives, CEOs, COOs, Business Managers, Estates Directors, and Head Teachers, positioning yourself as a trusted leader who balances commercial focus with exceptional customer experience.
