Payroll Manager Full Time and Part Time considered
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Full or Part time Payroll Manager minimum 20 hours, to join an SME business based on the outskirts of Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
Payroll Manager role:
Weekly and monthly payroll duties from start to finish
Calculation of holiday, SMP, SPP and SSP
Processing statutory deductions
Liaising with HMRC including real time submission
Processing starters and leavers
Pension administration
Stay updated with payroll legislation and industry changes through independent research. Payroll Manager candidate skills and experience:
Previous payroll administration experience
End-to-end payroll processing experience, including pensions, benefits, and statutory payments.
Ability to coordinate, prioritise, and multitask with minimal supervision.
Strong customer-focused approach, handling queries by telephone and email.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
