Learning Support Assistant – Part-Time, Term-Time Only Location: Brighton Pay: £92.63–£98.55 per day Contract: Part-Time | Term-Time Only | April Start Employer: Supply Desk About the Role Supply Desk are looking for a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work across our network of partner schools in Brighton and Hove. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access learning. Helping children with communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour, ensuring they stay focused and positive in class. Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons. Adapting support according to individual learning needs, promoting confidence and independence. About You You will be a nurturing, proactive, and patient individual who enjoys supporting children’s development. We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential). Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team. Can adapt to different classroom environments and support needs. Shows genuine enthusiasm for helping pupils succeed. We Offer Competitive daily pay between £92.63–£98.55.
