We are seeking a Pricing Analyst with expertise in insurance pricing and hands-on experience with Earnix, to join our dynamic Pricing team. This role is crucial to the development and execution of pricing strategies across our partnership brands.
The successful candidate will bring analytical rigour, strong collaboration skills, and a data-driven approach to support business growth and regulatory compliance.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Analysis & Strategy
* Support pricing strategies by providing insights on pricing actions, product positioning, and loss ratio impacts.
* Assist in the design and execution of price optimisation models in collaboration with the ROCK Pricing teams and Partner Stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Liaise closely with underwriters and product teams to align pricing with business objectives and market competitiveness.
* Respond to pricing-related queries from across the business with clear, analytical justifications.
Data Analytics & Reporting
* Use SQL, Python, R, and Excel to manipulate large datasets and generate pricing insights.
* Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, clearly communicating key findings to non-technical audiences.
Earnix Modelling
* Build, test, and deploy pricing models within Earnix, ensuring robustness and scalability.
* Ensure all changes are governed appropriately and are aligned with regulatory requirements.
New Product Launches
* Deliver pricing solutions for new partnership product rollouts, including testing, validation, and sign-off.
* Coordinate go-live pricing strategies in line with local market dynamics and compliance requirements.
Governance & Best Practices
* Maintain thorough documentation and support post-launch handovers to ensure long-term maintainability.
* Champion pricing best practices and consistent use of Earnix across products and brands.
🌟Essentials:
* Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
* Proven experience in insurance pricing within Earnix, including model governance and testing.
* Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
* Solid understanding of pricing structures, rating logic, and risk factors in personal lines or travel insurance.
* Experience working with large datasets for analysis and decision-making.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
🌟Desirable:
* Experience in pricing across any channels for Home, Motor, or Travel.
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and consumer protection standards in international markets.
* Familiarity with delivering go-to-market pricing strategies, including testing, documentation, and monitoring.
* Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools for data visualisation and dashboarding.
