How You’ll Make a Difference
As an experienced Nursery Manager, you will:
17. Manage the day-to-day operations of the setting, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
18. Lead, mentor, and support your team, promoting a positive, professional culture and maintaining high standards of staff development and performance
19. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and external agencies, supporting each child’s development and wellbeing
20. Ensure the nursery is always prepared for inspections and compliant with all policies and procedures
Requirements
21. Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or senior leadership in an early years setting
22. Level 3 UK-recognised Early Years qualification (minimum)
23. Excellent understanding of EYFS
24. Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
25. GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willingness to obtain within 2 years of starting
