Role: UI Designer Location : Remote Role Overview: We are hiring a UI Designer to create the visual layer of Joveo's product — translating UX frameworks and brand standards into polished, production-ready interfaces. You will be the person who makes things look great and feel right, at every screen and every state. Key Responsibilities: - Design high-fidelity UI screens and component variations for web and mobile - Build and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable UI components - Ensure visual consistency across the platform through rigorous design standards - Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and frontend engineers - Create and deliver design assets, redlines, and specifications for development handoff - Stay current with UI trends and evolve Joveo's visual language over time Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual UI design work - Expert proficiency in Figma including component libraries, auto-layout, and variants - Solid understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy - Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems - Familiarity with frontend implementation basics — understanding CSS, responsive design - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across high-volume design work Equal Opportunity Employer: Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
