What You’ll Do
* Design and launch new propositions that monetise Tesco capabilities and create scalable B2B offerings.
* Build and articulate future‑state retail service models aligned to emerging trends like AI and evolving retail ecosystems.
* Take ownership of unstructured, ambiguous initiatives, driving clarity, scalability, and measurable impact.
* Direct and motivate cross‑functional subject‑matter expert teams to deliver transformative solutions.
* Identify and establish technology collaborations and plug‑and‑play solutions for Category Management and beyond, creating integrated ecosystems.
* Develop compelling go‑to‑market strategies for new verticals, leveraging Tesco capabilities to open new revenue streams and strengthen the sales pipeline.
* Conduct competitor benchmarking and market scans to identify emerging retail service models, ensuring dunnhumby stays ahead of industry trends.
* Contribute to the design of a structured innovation framework with clear stages—ideation, prototype, pilot, and scale—to bring ideas to life quickly.
