The role: As the first point of contact for the school you will respond to enquiries both calls and emails and will be the reference point for visitors and parents. Manage the Headteacher’s diary Update the school records to include maintaining online records and paper files Oversee school admissions and ensure admissions paperwork is completed. Support in the recruitment selection process in accordance with Safer Recruitment Ensure staff and student files remain compliant and chase key documents as and when required Maintain and update compliance records Update the school register and keep records of attendance Manage the visitors log book and ensure all visitors and contractors can be identified by wearing visitors’ badges.
