This is a demanding role, working as part of a large, highly skilled brigade to cater for the hotel’s multi award-winning restaurant, constantly meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Preference is given to candidates with a minimum of a 2 AA Rosette background, but applications are also welcome from those with thorough knowledge, commitment, and dedication to the trade.

Qualifications/Experience required:
* Experience in working with fresh produce
* Preferably a minimum of 2 AA Rosette standard
* Approximately 1-2 years experience at this level
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent and a hygiene certificate are essential
* Experience in a small luxury hotel
* Solid and stable background
* Fast learner, eager to develop
* Motivated, passionate, and dedicated
