•This role involves leading a team of officers, supervising complex and high-risk cases, and managing the more challenging legal matters.
•The Senior Lawyer will support team development and contribute to organisational projects and goals.
•The organisation operates within a hybrid working arrangement, with at least two days a week in the London office, with added flexibility to attend team and company events.
•The organisation is looking for qualified solicitors, barristers, FCILEx, or foreign qualified lawyers with experience supervising staff and managing a caseload within a casework environment.
•The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal knowledge, sound judgment, and effective risk assessment, with proven ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and handle investigations or complaints using electronic case systems and performance management tools.
