Red Sky Personnel are seeking an experienced General Foreman to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of a deep drainage/ shaft sinking project. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Promote and ensure safe working practices, complying with HSE legislation and company requirements. Schedule, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities. Monitor progress, costs, and quality, ensuring works are delivered snag-free. Manage plant, equipment, and materials effectively. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and third parties as required. Lead, motivate, and support site teams. About You Strong background in civil engineering, with experience across infrastructure, drainage, highways, public realm, or structures. Proven supervisory and people management skills, including working with subcontractors. CSCS Supervisor card and SMSTS qualification. EUSR (Water Passport), NRSWA & First Aid Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Additional qualifications such as Lift Supervisor are desirable.
