Eager to kickstart your career in technology while building deep expertise in the pensions sector? Here’s your opportunity to join ea Change and work with an innovative, award-winning technology organisation delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to the pensions industry.

About us

ea Change, with over two decades of expertise in managing Business and IT transformations, is at the forefront of facilitating meaningful, lasting change for clients across the spectrum. With a firm foundation in fostering long-lasting partnerships, we're committed to upskilling and developing future leaders through our Futures Programme. We pride ourselves on a culture that prioritises diversity, inclusion, kindness, integrity, and most importantly, people.

About the Role

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will join a fast-growing technology environment, supporting the delivery and configuration of innovative software solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure system functionality, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

This is a highly analytical, client-facing role combining technical configuration, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll develop expertise in system implementation and digital transformation within financial services.

No two projects are the same — you’ll gain exposure to varied benefit designs, complex calculations, data migrations, and software releases, building valuable technical and consulting skills from day one.

Responsibilities

* Assist in configuring workflows, data screens, system interfaces, payroll integrations, and reports.
* Work with clients to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
* Communicate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, gathering feedback and securing approval.
* Produce clear documentation for both client and internal use.
* Support software releases and upgrade processes when required.
* Manage multiple parallel tasks and prioritise effectively within project deadlines.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Record time and contribute to continuous improvement across delivery processes.

Requirements

* A technical undergraduate degree.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a high degree of numeracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
* Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office tools.

Desirable (but not essential — training will be provided):

* Experience or academic exposure to SQL, T-SQL, XML, or databases.
* Experience using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
* Understanding of business processes and workflows.

Our clients value diversity in all its forms, and we especially welcome applications from female graduates and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds in STEM. If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and want to build a specialist career in a growing sector, we want to hear from you.

Benefits

* Fully funded accredited qualifications
* Bespoke flexible training
* A health cash plan
* 26 days annual leave
* Regular mentoring and personal development
* Access to a comprehensive learning portal
* Opportunities for progression and a robust fast-track into technology consulting and digital transformation
* Hybrid working and commercial exposure
