What You’ll Be Doing
As a Digital Programme Adviser, you’ll play a key role in guiding prospective learners through the enrolment journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Reaching out to potential learners via phone, email, and SMS
* Handling both cold and warm leads with professionalism and energy
* Understanding individual goals and recommending suitable training programmes
* Supporting learners through the enrolment process
* Working towards clear acquisition targets with full team support
