The Role
Working as part of the Analytical team, within Almac Science, the role will be based in our global headquarters in Craigavon.
Shift Quality Control Analytical Chemists are responsible for performing, monitoring and accepting accountability for all assigned analytical duties relating to the QC operations within Almac Sciences GMP Manufacturing facilities.
The post holder will perform analysis as required, assisting in the efficient operation of the laboratory and to ensure that schedules are met, and that the quality of work meets specified standards.
Shift Patterns: 07:45 – 20:15 and 19:45 – 08:15. 4 days on, 4 days off.

Essential Criteria
* 5 GCSE (or equivalent) passes, grades A-C, including Mathematics and English Language
* Degree level qualification in an Analytical/Chemistry related discipline OR significant, relevant experience
* Relevant Laboratory experience
Desirable Criteria
* Previous relevant industrial experience in a GMP/GLP environment
