Cleaning Team Leader (6 Month FTC)
Crawley - Full Time (Travel across South East required)
We're looking for a Cleaning Team Leader who will manage a team of Cleaning professionals, alongside delivering adequate Health & Safety compliance, following the clients statutory Fire and Safety regulations to mitigate potential risks.
What are the main responsibilities:
You will effectively managing and ensure excellent service delivery to various client contracts over an agreed geographical area whilst leading a mid-sized team of Cleaners making sure they are achieving agreed KPIs. You will also:
1. Conduct monthly cleaning audits across the contract aligning with KPIs and SLAs
2. Build relationships and rapport with contract clients,
3. Conduct line manager duties including regular 1-2-1s, review any HR concerns and general line management work
4. Hold great customer service skills to liaise with clients effectively
What do you need?
You will have proven experience as a people leader within the soft services or cleaning industry, ideally across multiple sites. Holding a full UK Driving License is a must due to the nature of the job. You'll also have:
5. Excellent customer service with good communication skills and a good understanding of written and verbal English
6. A Health and Safety IOSH qualification
7. Knowledge of the Cleaning Standards
8. Ability to work a time sensitive environment
