There is a coal shed below the far end of the kitchen. We need to come up with a plan for this. One of the mann challenges will likely be the redirecting of the piping. To be discussed, how that'll be done. The two windows need replacing in the photo. Potentially, the lean to may become part of the job, depending on pricing and complexity of the kitchen job. Sink and surround and extractor for the oven will likely be the only fitted elements, post-gutting. But, open to discussion based on the plan we come up with.
