to join our busy kitchens. Work across
two restaurants and two kitchens
, including
small plates & sharing boards
and our
upstairs elevated restaurant
, serving
daily brunch, lunch, and dinner
. Our kitchens feature
top-end dry agers
– giving you the chance to work with premium, perfectly aged meats.

You Will:
* Run all sections confidently: meat, fish, and sauce
* Deliver high-quality, consistent dishes across all menus
* Assist in menu development for brunch, small plates, and upstairs restaurant offerings
* Maintain organisation, hygiene, and teamwork under pressure
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-standard kitchen
* Strong skills across all sections: meat, fish, sauce
* Creativity, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
