Role Purpose:
Our Sales Support Executives are responsible for providing day to day support for new quotes, orders, renewals, and governance for our Corporate/Enterprise Customers, working closely with our Sales and Account Management Teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting a variety of customers and field-based Sales Team/Account Managers with pricing requests and accurately quoting on items/services required.
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers.
* Taking responsibility for compiling clean data and concise order paperwork.
* Processing of customer requirements, delivering accurate orders into the operational teams.
* Adhering to Validation Governance according to company policy.
* Generate reporting for company distribution where required.
* Seek to recognise any sales opportunities and make the Sales Team/Account Manager aware. Updating and maintaining Salesforce with all opportunities that you have identified or referred .
* Provide a day-to-day point of contact where an Account Manager is not available.
* Attend Business meetings when requested
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Able to work towards tight deadlines, prioritising own workload
* Excellent communication andorganisational skills
* Exposure to sales or customer service practices
* Experience of IT software programmes
* Strong experience using the following would be advantageous: Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ServiceNow and quoting tools.
* Experience of working in an IT setting is desirable
