As we continue to scale our operations, we’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
What do we need?:
As a Business Development Manager at Shoothill, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our leadership team to expand our client base in our consultancy, creative design, software development, and IT managed service divisions.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our business by building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Shoothill as the digital partner of choice.
What will you be doing?
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients across various industries, focusing on companies that would benefit from our comprehensive suite of services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring that Shoothill’s offerings are fully aligned with their business needs and objectives.
- Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including market analysis, lead generation, and proposal development.
-Consultative Selling:
Leverage your deep understanding of our services—consultancy, creative design, software development, IT support, cybersecurity, and connectivity—to provide smart solutions that meet client needs.
What do you need?
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role, ideally within the IT, software, or digital services industries.
- Strong understanding of the full spectrum of services offered by Shoothill, including consultancy, software development, IT support, and more.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
