Key Responsibilities
11. Promote high standards of care and education
12. Support and supervise room staff in daily practice
13. Ensure effective implementation of EYFS
14. Follow and embed key person procedures
15. Provide professional feedback to parents and carers
16. Build positive working relationships with colleagues and families
Requirements
17. Level 2 qualification in Early Years (or above)
18. Good knowledge of the EYFS
19. Strong communication and teamwork skills
20. Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
