This is a dynamic, fast paced, interesting & varied role, which will involve travel between sites and has opportunities for international travel in the longer term to visit valued suppliers & customers. This is a fantastic role for a Senior Leader to really make an impact in the role & put your own stamp on the company long term.The role:
* Autonomous role with full operational ownership of 2 production sites
* Overseeing two sites with ambitious plans to rapidly upscale production, headcount & services in the coming months & years
* Driving productivity, efficiency & quality in a dynamic & fast paced environment
The person:
* Inspirational & impactful leader with previous experience in a senior operations role
* Previous experience in the Manufacturing industry
