We are now looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 42.5 hours per week.

The Role
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our housing development in North Molton.
Supporting the Site Manager, you will ensure that our project is efficient and profitable with high-quality workmanship, presentation and H&S standards,
You will assist with the day-to-day management of site operations, supervising subcontractors and staff members, as well as ensuring visitors and members of the public remain safe.
Additionally, you will:
- Oversee allocated sections of work and projects
- Carry out site inductions for staff, subcontractors and visitors
- Monitor build progress, safety and quality within your responsibilities
- Help maintain high standards of organisation and motivation on-site
About You
To be considered as an Assistant Site Manager, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Project and time management skills
- The ability to effectively coach and motivate others
- The ability to manage performance through constructive feedback
- The ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
