As a Payroll Officer, you will provide support, guidance, and technical advice to payroll officers, staff, and key stakeholders, ensuring a timely and responsive payroll service. You will work closely with HR Business Advisors, Application Specialists, and the Finance Team to meet statutory returns and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.

Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. Provide expert advice on payroll queries, statutory deductions, and compliance. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment with policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function. Handle complex payroll issues and provide solutions promptly. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and archiving in EAS.
What Were Looking For Previous experience in payroll administration within a large organisation. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
