Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our client's supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals while supporting the development of Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and newly qualified OT staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services.
* Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to OTAs and newly qualified OTs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care planning.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional standards.
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to supporting junior staff and promoting professional development.
* Availability for office-based work (minimum 4 days/week).
