Salary: £36,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements:
* IT support experience within a distribution or warehouse environment, or ERP/WMS consultancy
* Strong understanding of warehouse processes and operational workflows
* Familiarity with ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., Acumatica, Snap Fulfil)
* Knowledge of labelling/printing systems and handheld scanning devices
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Strong communication skills to bridge technical and operational teams
* Desirable: Experience with system integrations (e.g., OData, APIs)
* Desirable: Knowledge of SQL for reporting and troubleshooting
* Desirable: Previous involvement in ERP/WMS implementation projects
Responsibilities:
* Leading operational requirements gathering and translating them into system specifications
* Configuring and maintaining ERP/WMS settings, including warehouse rules, labelling, and handheld device integration
* Supporting system setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
* Conducting functional and user acceptance testing
* Acting as the primary liaison between operations and IT for system-related issues
