About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced fundraising manager to join our Trusts and Foundations team. The role involves generating funds for projects related to farming, land use, healthy sustainable foods, and policy work by managing accounts, building relationships, and meeting income targets. The team is close-knit and collaborative, engaging in webinars, project visits, and celebrating successes together.
About You
* Significant experience in trusts and foundations fundraising, including securing grants up to six figures.
* Proficiency in prospect research, opportunity scanning, and writing compelling applications and reports.
* A passion for the natural environment and alignment with the Soil Association’s vision for regeneration.
* Team-oriented, committed to professional development, and empathetic towards our mission.
