Reception Manager needed in London - We have 2 x Vacancies.
1: Reception Team Leader £45k at Financial Services Firm - team of 8 receptionists.
2: Reception Manager 65k at Law firm
We’re seeking either a professional and confident Receptionist (for the 45k vacancy) with a lot of experience or a reception supervisor / manager (for the 65k role) to help oversee a busy corporate front desk operation. This is a client-facing role managing a large team working shifts Monday to Friday. You'll support the day-to-day running of the reception area, manage room bookings, coordinate internal events, and ensure exceptional service delivery at all times.
Key responsibilities MAY include:
* Acting as deputy to the Front of House Manager
* Improving guest services - using your creativity to improve the systems and procedures
* Training staff to impress clients with incredible guest experiences
* Managing team rotas, breaks, holidays, and ensuring full cover
* Meeting & greeting and providing 5* customer services
* Handling client queries and complaints calmly and professionally
* Liaising with suppliers, facilities, AV, hospitality and events teams
* Training new joiners and supporting performance reviews
* Using room booking systems and overseeing meeting room checks
* Supporting occasional events and coordinating logistics
About you:
You’ll bring proven solid front of house experience in a corporate setting. You’ll be calm under pressure, well-organised, and confident communicating at all levels. Familiarity with reservations systems a plus.
