An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their London office. Responsibilities include:
* Prepare and proofread legal documents.
* Maintain client files and case records.
* Schedule appointments and manage correspondence.
* Support solicitors and legal teams with general office duties.
* Ensure work is completed to a high standard in a calm and structured office environment.
What we need from you:
* Strong legal secretarial experience.
* Ability to audio and copy type.
* Knowledge of legal terminology and processes desirable.
* Experience using case management systems desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
