Head of Marketing I Growth (all genders) - Build the Growth Engine of a Future €100M+ ARR Company


This is not your typical Head of Marketing role.


You’re stepping into one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, scaling from €5M to €30M ARR within a year — with €1M+ in new revenue added monthly and a marketing budget ramping towards €1.5M per month.


Marketing is not a support function here — it is the company’s core growth engine.


You’ll take full ownership of the global marketing machine, working directly with the founder to scale performance, build a brand, and unlock new growth channels — all while expanding internationally.

* Location: Vienna, London or Munich
* Current ARR: ~€5M → Target: €30M ARR within 12 months
* Growth: ~40% month-over-month
* Team: ~40 employees → scaling to 80–100
* Marketing Budget: currently €400k–700k/month → scaling to €1.5M+/month
* Markets: DACH core, expanding across EU, UK, US & beyond
* GTM: Product-led growth with strong self-serve focus



Your Target Market

* Drive product-led growth with a strong focus on self-serve revenue
* Scale performance marketing across international markets

* Define ICPs and audience strategies across multiple geographies
* Support expansion into EU, UK, US, and beyond



What Makes This Role Special

* Own one of the most aggressive marketing budgets in Europe (€1.5M+/month incoming)
* Marketing drives ~75% of company investment and ~80% of growth
* Direct impact on scaling from €5M to €30M ARR (and beyond €100M)
* Transition from performance-heavy growth to a full-scale brand & content engine
* Work directly with a repeat founder who has built and exited companies before
* Join at a true “make it or break it” stage of global expansion
* Build and scale a world-class marketing team from the ground up



Your Responsibilities

* End-to-end ownership of the entire marketing function
* Define and execute global marketing strategy, priorities, and KPIs
* Own the full marketing budget (€400k–€1.5M+/month)
* Scale paid acquisition (currently ~80% of growth) across channels
* Build and implement a strong creative, content, and brand strategy
* Optimize website, funnels, messaging, and conversion rates
* Drive self-serve revenue as the primary North Star KPI
* Develop influencer, UGC, and social distribution strategies
* Build scalable experimentation frameworks across all channels
* Lead, hire, and scale the marketing team



What You Bring

* 5+ years in marketing, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
* Proven experience managing large-scale budgets (€500k+/month)
* Strong understanding of PLG, self-serve funnels, and growth mechanics
* Deep expertise in performance marketing, tracking, and conversion optimization
* Ability to think both analytically and creatively
* Experience scaling companies or markets internationally is a strong plus
* Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
* High standards for speed, execution, and quality
* Ideally background in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth consumer products

* Salary: €120,000–200,000 (depending on profile) + equity
* Onboarding: First 3 months fully on-site in Vienna to deeply immerse into the team, product, and culture
