The Role

Part-Time Business Development Executive - 20 hours/week

We're looking for a Part-Time Business Development Executive to help strengthen and expand our client base. This is a great opportunity for someone with a "
hunter mentality
"—someone who thrives on creating opportunities, building meaningful connections, and driving business growth for a forward-thinking firm.

You'll often be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring they feel understood, supported, and confident in choosing Morgan Reach.

Key Responsibilities

* Prospect, generate, and qualify new business opportunities.
* Nurture inbound leads and book qualified meetings for senior team members.
* Develop strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Represent Morgan Reach at networking events, business forums, and industry meet-ups.
* Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate lead tracking.
* Collaborate with leadership to shape and deliver growth strategies.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

* Experienced in business development, sales, or account management (B2B or professional services preferred).
* Someone who already has a
database of contacts or companies
you can reach out to for business development opportunities.
* Naturally driven, resilient, and motivated by results.
* Approachable, personable, and able to build trust quickly.
* Brilliant in communication, networking, and stakeholder engagement.
* Commercially aware and proactive in spotting opportunities.
* Someone with a growth mindset who's excited about learning and progression.
