We are seeking a talented
Project Manager
to lead critical UK-based implementations while seizing opportunities to collaborate across our EU business. Job Requirements
About You
* Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) or a minimum of 2 years relevant Project Management experience in a customer facing role.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
* Proven expertise in managing multiple projects using Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, or JIRA.
* Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel.

* Project Leadership:
Define scope, goals, and deliverables; develop detailed project plans; lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Execution & Monitoring:
Oversee project phases, track progress, and adapt to ensure objectives are met. Manage risks and align resources effectively.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the key liaison for clients and internal teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring transparent communication.
* Budget Oversight:
Develop and manage project budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
* Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive records, conduct project reviews, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
* Team Development:
Mentor team members, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
