Our Sales Account Manager in the UK will lead our commercial operations in the region, attending the best medical conferences and growing Quibim’s business from scratch with hospitals by generating new leads, owning and managing key accounts, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy of the company.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you’ll be part of the global sales team. The position also requires in-depth, consistent cross-team collaborations within Quibim including our Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
The Challenge
1. Lead and execute a successful business development and sales strategy for significant revenue growth and market share expansion in the UK in close collaboration with the EU Business Development Director to drive commercial objectives.
2. Lead the business development activities for new imaging AI technologies with senior physicians at the best hospitals and imaging centers in the UK.
3. Serve as the first point of contact with new potential clients for novel imaging products and services.
4. Partner with the marketing team to build regional KOL advocacy, and provide product feedback & competitive insights from the Market.
5. Identify local channel partners and team up with the channel & partner manager to set up local partnership agreements.
6. Collaborate with local channel partners to drive funnel opportunities.
7. Work closely with the EU commercial and customer success team to drive regional success.
8. Liaise with customer success & professional services to ensure accounts are supported with best-in-class service.
9. Attend medical conferences in the UK and abroad, conducting new customer outreach to prominent radiologists and clinicians.
You Will Be Our Ideal Candidate If You Have
1. 8+ years of experience in commercial/solution sales to the medical field, with significant achievements and a relevant network in the UK.
2. Proven success in closing high-value contracts in the medical field.
3. Experience working with NHS stakeholders, particularly regarding new technologies.
4. Knowledge of the radiology and medical imaging market (experience in AI is a plus).
5. Working knowledge of tender systems and procurement channels.
6. Excellent communication skills, including running effective sales, business, and internal meetings, preparing and delivering professional pitches, and complex negotiations.
7. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
8. Experience working in an international environment.
9. Availability to attend conferences and meetings in the UK and abroad regularly.
10. Integrity and passion for precision medicine, with a fascination for innovative research and AI, and the future of clinical research and medicine.
11. High adaptability, with the capacity to embrace the unknown and thrive in an environment with evolving work requirements, constraints, and expectations.
