Overview
This role requires demonstrating high-level solution design skills, leveraging a consultative sales approach, and managing multiple projects with vendor partnerships. The ability to meet clients face-to-face and present confidently to C-level executives is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner internally and externally to design and deliver technology solutions.
2. Anticipate potential issues, act proactively to ensure quality and support excellence.
3. Own corrective actions and ensure timely resolutions.
4. Foster strong partnerships and leverage technology to facilitate partner growth.
5. Manage multiple projects to meet SLAs.
6. Maintain certifications and vendor knowledge, with ongoing self-education (5-10%).
7. Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership within teams.
8. Contribute to social media channels with authoritative content.
9. Deliver short-form, non-certification training to resellers regularly.
10. Participate in C-level briefings and presentations.
11. Configure and maintain demonstration labs.
12. Develop proof of concept (PoC) solutions at entry level.
Qualifications & Skills
* HS/GED required; Technical degree or Bachelor’s preferred.
* Major certifications (minimum 2-3, preferred 4+).
* 5-7+ years of industry experience, including technical consulting and sales.
* Deep knowledge of vendor tools and ROI concepts.
* Ability to implement complex solutions on-site, support design, staging, and configuration.
