What You Will Do
Manage a diverse caseload of looked-after children, focusing on long-term positive outcomes.
Conduct high-quality assessments to influence children’s care and protection plans.
Advocate for children in multi-agency and court settings.
Collaborate effectively with schools, health services, and other agencies.
Lead by example, upholding professional standards and values in children’s social work.
About You
Recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
Completion of the ASYE programme.
Experience working in multi-agency environments and court settings.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and advocacy skills.
Deep understanding of children’s social work legislation and methodologies.
Creative, resilient, and compassionate approach to improving children’s lives.
