HR & Payroll Administrator – Northampton
Employment details
Full‑time, permanent. Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (flexible start/finish).
Pay & benefits
Salary: up to £29,700 per annum. Annual leave: 33 days (including bank holidays). Typical day
* Maintain and update employee records on the HR system, ensuring accuracy
* Prepare contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation for warehouse operatives, drivers and logistics support staff
* Manage the Time and Attendance system to ensure payroll hours are correct
* Submit monthly payroll reports to the required timescales
Requirements
* Experience in a similar HR capacity with payroll experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise workload effectively
* Either keen to start or in process of CIPD qualification
