Role Overview We are seeking a hardworking and inquisitive Operations Associate to oversee the day-to-day running of our business. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for a self-starter with strong initiative who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operational processes, including settlement and compliance. Oversee operational workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Liaise with counterparties, contractors, and service providers. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements. Support investment management activities with accurate and timely operational input. Maintain and improve systems, controls, and operational procedures. Provide input into strategic initiatives and contribute to the growth of the firm. Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in the financial services sector, ideally within investment management or private client operations. Strong knowledge of settlement, operations, and compliance processes. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency with MS Office suite and confidence using technology.
