Rapid Response Nurse - Complex Care (Nights) Location: East & South Kent Full-Time Salary: £57,562 About the Role Superior Healthcare is seeking an experienced Rapid Response Nurse to join our Complex Care team. As a Rapid Response Day Nurse with the Superior Healthcare complex care team, you will provide personal, 1:1 bedside nursing care to clients in their own homes. Although the role is community-based, it remains a hands-on clinical nursing position, centred around building trust, offering consistency, and delivering high-quality care to each client. You'll work with both adults and children living with a wide range of life-limiting conditions, including congenital conditions, degenerative illnesses, spinal injuries, brain injuries, and those requiring interventions such as ventilation, tracheostomy care, gastrostomy feeding, and bowel management. As part of our Rapid Response team, you'll enjoy:
