Key Responsibilities
* Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Hypervolt’s business objectives and growth ambitions.
* Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
* Brand Awareness: Enhance Hypervolt’s brand presence online by developing engaging content and creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools to track KPIs and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
* SEO and Content: Lead our SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, and work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
* Social Media Management: Oversee all social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice, while engaging with our community and driving follower growth.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Design, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer experience.
* Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-growing tech or consumer electronics company.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
* Experience with data-driven marketing, including the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and campaigns.
* Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
* Passion for innovation, technology, and sustainability, particularly in the EV space.
