We're looking for an Internal Account Executive to join our Marlow team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of 50-60 small, medium, and large business customers, acting as the primary point of contact for customer queries and account support
Building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
Coordinating mailing schedules, collections, and consumables in line with SLAs
Using your Excel skills (including pivot tables) to forecast, report, and analyse data
Supporting service improvements and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Collaborating with Sales and Operations to deliver an excellent customer experience
Additional Information
Monday to Friday, rotating shifts - 8:30 am-5 pm, 9 am-5:30 pm, and 9:30 am-6 pm.
Hybrid working opportunities are available once the initial training has been completed.
The contract for this Internal Account Executive position commences in July.
