The Project Manager shall:
9. Undertake the management of all site staff
10. Drive planning of project
11. Tender on projects from inception to completion
12. Manage and control all project resources
13. Be responsible for the overall management of the project
14. Ensure all Company Procedures are being complied with
15. Ensure all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are followed
16. Be responsible for achieving high standards of quality and workmanship on site
17. Ensure that all aspects of the project are effectively monitored and controlled
18. Deliver project within programme and budget
19. Ensure adherence to site specific project protocol and procedures
20. Manage and monitor subcontractors
21. Communicate effectively with the project management team
22. Liaise with client and designers
23. Attend and chair regular project progress meetings and compile progress reports for presentation to the Client
24. Attend and chair regular sub-contractor meetings as required
25. Compile and distribute project meeting minutes
26. Maintain contractual records of all project related matters
27. Attend and provide input on regular contract meetings with the Client
28. Introduce improvements and innovations where appropriate
29. Control contract costs
30. Positively promote the company wherever and whenever possible
31. Compile and submit O&M manuals upon project completion

About You
Essential Criteria
32. Demonstrate previous experience in a Project Management role.
33. Demonstrate strong communication and management skills.
34. Demonstrate knowledge in construction design management (CDM)
35. Experience in tendering on new projects form inception through to completion.
36. Experience in the delivery of commercial projects up to a value of £1mil
37. Ability to manage and deliver numerous concurrent projects of varying financial values and scope
38. Knowledge / understanding of NEC 4 contracts (preferable)
39. Ability to plan and programme projects using MS Project
40. Excellent IT skills I.E Microsoft Office
41. Excellent presentation skills

42. NVQ Level 7 Construction Management
43. Knowledge of building regulations
44. Ability to manage time and workload
45. CSCS black manager’s card
46. SMSTS certificate
47. MCIOB
